Allyson Foss, COO/Office Manager

Originally from the Washington DC area Allyson moved to Florida to pursue her BA degree at Rollins College in 2001.

Her involvement with the surety industry began in 2000 when her father was CEO of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP). She began working full time in the surety industry in 2008.

Allyson has a strong understanding of financial statements, bond processing, customer service, and the surety industry as whole.

In her role as COO of JCA Surety Group, she's entrusted with the company's policies and procedures along with keeping the company operationally compliant.

She's an active member of the NASBP, ABC and an avid runner.

Jorge Bracamonte, President/Owner

Jorge Bracamonte started his professional career as a banker in 2001. Throughout his years in the banking industry, Jorge was recognized as a top performing producer and manager until his departure in 2011 when he first joined the surety industry.

Similar to his roles as a banker, Jorge was asked to developed a book of business, manage clients needs and asses the credit risk profile of each opportunity he developed.  Unlike banking, the surety industry has provided Jorge an opportunity to establish long lasting relationships with his clients that go well beyond a balance sheet.

Since joining the surety industry, Jorge has developed a strong reputation as a business developer and client manager.

Jorge Bracamonte also served 18 months overseas as an infantry man in support of operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

He's an active member of the ECA, FTBA and ABC.
